When you authorize EP Marketing to manage your Google Business Profile, we collect and process the following data through Google’s APIs:

• Business profile information (name, address, phone, hours, categories)

• Posts and updates history

This data is accessed only after you provide explicit authorization through Google’s OAuth 2.0 secure authentication process.

How We Use Google Business Profile Data

We use your Google Business Profile data exclusively to provide our management services, including:

We retain your Google Business Profile data for:

• Active accounts: Duration of service agreement plus 30 days
• Review history: Up to 24 months for trend analysis
• Cancelled accounts: 90 days after service termination
• Legal compliance: As required by applicable laws
